Our Terminals

Strategic terminal access at Rotterdam and Jurong Rock Caverns — connecting Queensland producers to the world's most critical petroleum distribution hubs.

Sublease
Terminal Access

Bulk Liquid Storage Pty Ltd offers subleased tank storage at the Port of Rotterdam, Europe's largest port and a critical gateway connecting Australia and Asia-Pacific exporters to European end-users and distribution networks.

Our Rotterdam sublease infrastructure bridges your Queensland-origin cargoes directly into the European import/export ecosystem. Carriers benefit from defined berth access, predictable vessel turnarounds and streamlined documentation — all coordinated remotely by our operations team in close liaison with Rotterdam port authorities.

Tankage is connected via pipeline to and from the berth to the terminal. Products can be exported by ship via our product berth or via road gantry loading facilities. Feedstock can be loaded into the terminal via ship or via road gantry loading.

Jurong Rock Caverns

Southeast Asia's first underground liquid hydrocarbon storage — a strategic node on the Singapore–Australia Green & Digital Shipping Corridor.

Underground Strategic Reserve

Located on Jurong Island, Singapore, the Jurong Rock Caverns are carved into hard granite rock approximately 150 metres below ground. This facility provides secure, climate-stable storage for liquid hydrocarbons without land-surface footprint, freeing above-ground space for higher-value industrial activities.

Bulk Liquid Storage's partnership with Jurong operations enables Australian exporters and international traders to leverage this underground reserve as a strategic buffer — optimising cargo timing, reducing freight costs and supporting the MOU signed on 5 March 2024 between Australia and Singapore for the Singapore–Australia Green and Digital Shipping Corridor (GDSC).
